OUR PASSION: NON-ALCOHOLIC WINE
We, the Bähr family from BÄHR - Wein alkoholfrei genießen from Mußbach in the Palatinate, think wine differently. As specialists for dealcoholised and alcohol-free wine with the legally prescribed alcohol content of less than 0.5% vol., we offer enjoyment products for the highest demands. Our aim is to take „alcohol-free“ to a higher level of enjoyment in the wine sector and thus offer both discerning wine drinkers and alcohol-free drinkers more than just an alternative. We brothers Alexander and Jochen Bähr, together with our wives Marion and Sonja Bähr, are working on this with great passion and dedication.
Alexander Bähr

As a graduate in business administration, I am a career changer and am responsible for monitoring, technology management, administration and sales at our company. In my spare time, I lead the Mußbach trombone choir and coordinate the NeW Brass BigBand as lead trumpeter.
Jochen Bähr
„We are not a traditional winery that makes alcohol-free wines on the side. We have put our heart and soul into the subject. The quality of the grapes is the most important starting point for our products.„
I familiarised myself intensively with the subject of wine as a guest student at the Neustadt Wine Campus. As a business graduate, I am responsible for production and logistics in the company. My main focus is on the tuning, the intonation of the base wine to the dealcoholisation. As with the sound of a choir, this fine tuning determines whether you feel comfortable or uncomfortable. The experience I have gained from growing table grapes also helps me here.
In my spare time, I lead the Christcendo gospel choir and play the trumpet in the Mußbach trombone choir.
Marion Bähr

As a trained bank clerk, qualified banking specialist and lecturer in accounting, I am responsible for the internal organisation, planning and implementation of trade fairs, events, advertising campaigns and general marketing measures.
Sonja Bähr
„I am the hand that is everywhere it is needed.“
Growing up in a winegrowing household, I learnt how to work with vines and other plants at an early age. In our company, I can be found wherever work needs to be done. Professionally, I took the path of an educator. I am also responsible for exchanges with our English partner parish and partner church.
