You can use attributes such as floral, fruity, sweet, etc., but even that only gives an idea of the taste through comparison. But how do you describe the taste of wine?
As passionate musicians, we answer the question of taste with an analogy: we compare taste impressions with familiar sounds from musical instruments or musical styles. We assign corresponding sounds to each of our products.
